I have been using them for years. They have always been very friendly and happy to do whatever they could for me.
Had to edit my review about this company being crappy and unprofessional bc the owner replied and didnt understand my review .. it wasn't the job or the long hours that made me quit and not like it.. this company would be better if the manager/Employee wouldn't make it hard meaning talking about employees to other employees and right infront of the employee that it's concerning.. If ur new the employees will be friendly to u but also run and tell the manager what ur doing bc they didn't get there way to make their job easier.. also .. the employees I met were very rude and would make fun of shirt sizes and one would even put the shirt over there head and hide in it.. I actually liked my first time working for dry cleaners is just that I will not work around rude, disrespectful and unprofessional people.. the company isn't to blame the people who manage it and work as employees are ..dont consider anyone working for them.
Very professional service. I've been a customer for more than 20 years, and I've never had any issues or problems. Farragut Cleaners is one of the few things I miss since moving out of state.
Over priced, they have charged me for items that they couldn't get clean (simple water spots). No customer service skills, will not return again. Their parking lot needs a new entrance, it's a dangerous spot to pull in/out.
